Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup cooking oil

- 300 grams potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder
