Delicious Raw Mince Kebabs
Introduction:
This recipe offers a quick and flavorful way to enjoy kebabs made with ground meat. Packed with spices and fresh herbs, they're perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground meat (preferably very fine)
- 2 grated onions (drained)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 chopped green chilies
- 1 chopped red chili (optional, adjust based on spice preference)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- A pinch of saffron (optional)
- A pinch of black cardamom powder (optional)
- 1.5 tsp chaat masala
- 1.5 tsp coriander powder (whole coriander seeds, crushed)
- 1.5 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1.5 tsp mixed spices
- 3 tbsp roasted chickpea flour
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 tsp oil
- 1.5 tsp ghee
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- Cooking method: Choose your preferred method: grill, pan-fry, or bake.
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Shape the mixture into kebabs and grill for a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Pan-frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into kebabs and fry for a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Shape the mixture into kebabs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
