Introduction:

This recipe offers a quick and flavorful way to enjoy kebabs made with ground meat. Packed with spices and fresh herbs, they're perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat (preferably very fine)
  • 2 grated onions (drained)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 chopped green chilies
  • 1 chopped red chili (optional, adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • A pinch of saffron (optional)
  • A pinch of black cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1.5 tsp chaat masala
  • 1.5 tsp coriander powder (whole coriander seeds, crushed)
  • 1.5 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1.5 tsp mixed spices
  • 3 tbsp roasted chickpea flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp oil
  • 1.5 tsp ghee

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Cooking method: Choose your preferred method: grill, pan-fry, or bake.
    • Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Shape the mixture into kebabs and grill for a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.
    • Pan-frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into kebabs and fry for a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.
    • Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Shape the mixture into kebabs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
