A Delicious And Healthy Curry Chutney

Ingredients
- 300 grams curry (cleaned and roughly chopped)
- 4-5 green chillies (washed and chopped)
- 1-1.5 cups saffron
- 1 inch ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped, preferably watery ones)
- Handful of fresh coriander (optional: mint)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Wash the curry thoroughly and peel it using a peeler.
- Cut the curry into four pieces to easily remove the seed.
- Roughly chop the peeled curry.
- Wash and chop the green chillies (4-5 should be enough).
- Prepare 1-1.5 cups of saffron.
- Finely chop a 1-inch piece of ginger.
- Wash and chop two tomatoes. Opt for watery tomatoes for better flavor.
- Chop some fresh coriander. Mint is also an option, but not necessary for this recipe.
Blending the Chutney
- We'll use a blender, a common kitchen appliance, to make things easy.
- Add all the chopped ingredients (curry, chillies, ginger, tomatoes, coriander) to the blender.
